Vision, Mission and Objectives

Vision

We envision a community of champion entrepreneurs (youth and women) who fully utilize creative and innovative skills to
generate income and improve living standards to see Tanzania in which, people are protected from the problems.

Mission

To engage and build capacity for youth (boys and girls) and women in their respective communities through
training and advocacy on relevant entrepreneurship skills and financial literacy to become productive and
improve their businesses.

Objectives

• To develop structured trainings and workshops on Entrepreneurship to the youth and women in Tanzania.
• To support the development of small enterprise and small business owned by young people and women through capacity building.
• Participate in all social development activities (education, health, economy).
• Provide entrepreneurship education to build the well-being of women and youth .
• Collaborate with the Tanzanian community in community development activities.
• Participate in all other activities related to development and social welfare.
• Promote effective economic productivity for youth and women in communities through financial literacy and discipline and customer care training support.
• Advocate behavior/attitude change towards self-employment mentality and capability through entrepreneurship skills training support for students in college.
• Raising awareness of economic opportunities around youth and women and supporting appropriate utilization for economic gain and development.
• Empower youth and women economically through self-help groups/clubs and guidance on how to become productive.
